Chad Howard – Lead Pastor

Pastor Chad is a 2008 graduate of James River Master’s Commission in Ozark, Missouri. He and his wife, Brittany, were married in 2010 and currently reside in Kennett with their two sons, Deklan and Levi. They first joined the Compassion Network in 2018 when Compassion Kennett first launched as a Sunday night core group. When Compassion Kennett launched, Chad joined the church staff as the Worship Director where he served until 2022. In March of 2022, Chad transitioned to his first appointment as the role of Lead Pastor.

Chad and his wife Brittany are Kennett natives and they have a heart to serve the town they’ve lived in their whole lives. Pastor Chad has a heart for recovery for Kennett and desires to launch a Hope Center in the community, a faith based drug and alcohol recovery program.
